Ginder Factory Return Policy
Items ordered through Ginder Factory are made-to-order for you. Because of this, we can only offer returns for Defective Goods.
Please note the following conditions apply with respect to the Return Policy:
Defective Goods shall mean goods that are torn, ripped, the printing is smeared, or otherwise physically damaged upon delivery, or contain a different image or quote from those specified in your order. As we are creating made-to-order products, these are the only times that items can be returned.
To request the return of a Defective Good, email email@example.com
within 10 days of receiving your item. Please include a picture of the defect and your Order Number, which can be found in your Confirmation Email.
Refunds & Replacements
You may request either a refund (including shipping) or a replacement of the product ordered. After your return request is reviewed, we will advise if the defective product be returned and will provide a ship to address for said return. If you request a refund, your refund will not be processed until we have received your defective product.
Refunds are issued to the card used to place the order. Please note that this includes orders placed with prepaid gift cards, so be sure to keep your card information even if there is no remaining balance.
Refunds are processed within 2-3 weeks from when we receive your returnable item.
If you have already returned your merchandise and are inquiring about the status of your refund, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
and include the order number and the item(s) that were returned.
Cancellations of orders made though Ginder Factory may be requested within 24 hours of placing the order by emailing email@example.com
Please provide your Order Number, which can be found in your Confirmation Email.
